General conditions
1. PRICES
Prices are per apartment per week and include weekly clearing, fresh linen on arrival and change of linen, excluding cleaning the kitchenette.
If you need the kitchenette clearing when you leave there is an extra charge of 50,00.
Minimum stay of 3 days.
Prices are inclusive of: supply costs (water and electricitiy), heating, ski and ski boots storage, parking place , TV Lcd with digital decoder and internet WI-FI, safe.
2. RESERVATION
The reservation is confirmed upon the payment of an advance deposit (30% of the total reservation value). The advance deposit shall be paid through cheque in Euro (made out to the management: APARTMENTS SOL E NEF Via Pian 6, 32020 Rocca Pietore BL ) or through money transfer at the following account:

3. ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 4 p. m.
If you arrive after 8 p. m., please let us know.
If your arrival is postponed, we will charge you 70% of the full booked period.
In the winter season guests can also use the AIRPORT SKI SHUTTLE SERVICE, connecting the Marmolada-area with the airports Marco Polo in Venice and Antonio Canova in Treviso. Please contact the residence for further information.
4. DEPARTURE
On the day of departure please leave the apartment empty by 10 a. m.
The day of departure the owners (or they representatives) reserve the right to inspection the apartment.
If you leave early, we will charge you 70% of the full booked period.
5. PAYMENT
We prefer cash payments, but credit card or bancomat are accepted.
The client will be held totally responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by him/her or by his/her guests, or if after the leave something belonging to the apartment is being missed. The client will be charged with the deriving costs upon his/her departure.
Should the clients notice any damage upon their arrival, they are kindly asked to report them immediately to the management.
6. CANCELLATION
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled by the client, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
7. SMOKERS
Pursuant to new National legislation (Art. 1 Law n. 584 of 11.01.1975 D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it is forbidden to smoke in public places. We are sorry to inform you that smoking is no allowed in any parts of the Residence (including the flats).
8. ANIMALS
We are sorry but animals are not accepted.
9. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE APARTMENT
The apartments must be occupied only by the number of persons declared when making the reservation, unless nothing else is agreed upon with the management.
The clients are not allowed to lodge other persons which havent been regularly declared to the management upon arrival.
10. UPKEEP AND INSPECTION OF THE APARTMENTS
If necessary, the management or a representative it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartment during the clients stay or after the leave.
