Every apartment has a bathroom with shower; a kitchen with glass-ceramic cook top, combination microwave oven and dishwasher; 32 inch LCD TV or wider with digital decoder (with personal card only); wireless internet access; telephone; safe deposit box; bed and bath linen.
Residence services include: housekeeping, laundry service, mid week laundry change and electricity.

Condizioni Generali
1. PREZZI
I prezzi si intendono per appartamento e per giorno con cambio il sabato, compresa la pulizia e il cambio biancheria a metà settimana, esclusa la pulizia dell’angolo cottura.
Per l’eventuale pulizia dell’angolo cottura al momento della partenza verranno addebitati € 50,00.
Soggiorno minimo di 3 giorni.
I prezzi comprendono il consumo energetico (acqua ed elettricità), riscaldamento, ski-room con scaldascarponi e armadietto portasci personale, posto auto, TV Lcd con decoder digitale e Internet WI-FI, cassetta di sicurezza.
2. PRENOTAZIONE
La validità della prenotazione, a tutti gli effetti, è subordinata al versamento della caparra, pari al 30% del prezzo pattuito, che può essere eseguito con bonifico bancario al seguente conto corrente:

3. ARRIVO
Il giorno dell’arrivo gli appartamenti saranno a Vostra disposizione dalle ore 16,00.
Nel caso doveste arrivare dopo le ore 20,00 Vi preghiamo di avvertirci.
In caso di arrivo posticipato saremo costretti ad addebitarVi il 70% del prezzo dell’intero periodo prenotato.
Durante la stagione invernale è possibile usufruire del SERVIZIO SKI SHUTTLE, il servizio Airport Ski Shuttle che collega la Marmolada con due aeroporti veneti, il Marco Polo di Venezia e l'Antonio Canova di Treviso.

4. PARTENZA
Il giorno della Vostra partenza Vi preghiamo di lasciarci liberi gli appartamenti entro le ore 10,00. Il giorno della partenza i titolari, o il personale delegato, si riservano il diritto di ispezionare l’appartamento per le eventuali verifiche. Partenza anticipata: in caso di partenza anticipata saremo costretti ad addebitarVi il 70% del prezzo dell’intero periodo prenotato.
5. PAGAMENTO
Accettiamo preferibilmente contanti. Avete però anche la possibilità di regolare il Vostro conto a mezzo carta di credito o bancomat. Qualora il cliente, o i suoi ospiti, arrechino danni all’alloggio o al suo contenuto o qualora venissero a mancare oggetti o altro, il cliente sarà ritenuto responsabile di tale danno. Le relative spese saranno addebitate sul conto. Se i clienti al momento dell’arrivo notassero eventuali danni, sono cortesemente pregati di comunicarli immediatamente alla direzione
6. DISDETTA DELLA PRENOTAZIONE
In caso di disdetta della prenotazione, la somma versata a titolo di caparra non potrà essere rimborsata salvo diversi accordi presi con i titolari.
7. FUMATORI
In base alle nuove normative nazionali (Art. 1 Legge n. 584 dell’11.01.1975 – D.P.C. 14.12.1995) nei luoghi pubblici è proibito fumare. Siamo quindi spiacenti di informarVi che non si può fumare in tutte le aree del Residence, appartamenti compresi.
8. ANIMALI
Siamo spiacenti ma non si accettano animali.
9. NUMERO DI PERSONE ALLOGGIATE
In nessun caso è permesso l’alloggio di persone eccedenti il numero fissato all’atto della prenotazione, se non preventivamente concordato con la direzione. Altresì è vietato da parte dei clienti, ospitare terze persone non regolarmente registrate all’arrivo dalla direzione.
10. MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLO DELLA STRUTTURA
Se necessario la direzione si riserva il diritto di accesso agli appartamenti per effettuare le operazioni indispensabili ed urgenti di manutenzione, nonché si riserva il diritto di effettuare controlli circa lo stato dell’appartamento durante o al termine del soggiorno.
Condizioni Generali
1. PRICES
Prices are per apartment per day and include weekly clearing, fresh linen on arrival and change of linen, excluding cleaning the kitchenette.
If you need the kitchenette clearing when you leave there is an extra charge of € 50,00.
Minimum stay of 3 days.
Prices are inclusive of: supply costs (water and electricitiy), heating, ski and ski boots storage, parking place , TV Lcd with digital decoder and internet WI-FI, safe.
2. RESERVATION
The reservation is confirmed upon the payment of an advance deposit (30% of the total reservation value). The advance deposit shall be paid through cheque in Euro (made out to the management: APARTMENTS SOL E NEF – Via Pian 6, 32020 Rocca Pietore – BL ) or through money transfer at the following account:

3. ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 4 p. m.
If you arrive after 8 p. m., please let us know.
If your arrival is postponed, we will charge you 70% of the full booked period.
In the winter season guests can also use the AIRPORT SKI SHUTTLE SERVICE, connecting the Marmolada-area with the airports Marco Polo in Venice and Antonio Canova in Treviso. Please contact the residence for further information.
4. DEPARTURE
On the day of departure please leave the apartment empty by 10 a. m.
The day of departure the owners (or they representatives) reserve the right to inspection the apartment.
If you leave early, we will charge you 70% of the full booked period.
5. PAYMENT
We prefer cash payments, but credit card or bancomat are accepted.
The client will be held totally responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by him/her or by his/her guests, or if after the leave something belonging to the apartment is being missed. The client will be charged with the deriving costs upon his/her departure.
Should the clients notice any damage upon their arrival, they are kindly asked to report them immediately to the management.
6. CANCELLATION
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled by the client, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
7. SMOKERS
Pursuant to new National legislation (Art. 1 Law n. 584 of 11.01.1975 – D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it is forbidden to smoke in public places. We are sorry to inform you that smoking is no allowed in any parts of the Residence (including the flats).
8. ANIMALS
We are sorry but animals are not accepted.
9. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE APARTMENT
The apartments must be occupied only by the number of persons declared when making the reservation, unless nothing else is agreed upon with the management. The clients are not allowed to lodge other persons which haven’t been regularly declared to the management upon arrival.
10. UPKEEP AND INSPECTION OF THE APARTMENTS
If necessary, the management or a representative it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartment during the client’s stay or after the leave.

1. PREISE
Die Preise verstehen sich pro Wohnung für Tag mit An-/Abreise Samstags, inclusive Reinigung, Wäsche und Wäschewechsel in der Mitte der Woche, ohne Reinigung der Kochnische.
Für eine eventuelle Endreinigung der Kochnische bei der Abreise werden €. 50,00 verrechnet.
Mindestaufenthalt 3 Tage.
Im Preis ist folgendes inbegriffen: Storm, Wasser und Elektrizität, Heizung, Ski- und Skischuheaufbewahrung, Parkplatz , Fernsehen LCD mit Digital Decoder und Internet WI-FI, Safe.
2. BUCHUNG
Die Buchung ist bei Anzahlung von 30% des Mietpreises wirksam. Die Anzahlung ist durch Postscheck (zugunsten des Direktionssitzes: APARTMENTS SOL E NEF – Via Pian 6, 32020 Rocca Pietore - BL) oder durch Bankgutschrift durchzuführen auf die folgende Kontonummer:

3. ANREISE
Die Wohnung steht Ihnen am Anreisetag ab 16,00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Sollten Sie nach 20,00 Uhr anreisen, bitten wie Sie, uns davon in Kenntnis zu setzen. Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise stellen wir Ihnen 70% des gesamt gebuchten Zeitraums in Rechnung.
In der Wintersaison steht den Gästen auch das AIRPORT SKI-SHUTTLE SERVICE zur Verfügung, das das Marmolada-Gebiet mit den Flughäfen Marco Polo (in Venedig) und Antonio Canova (in Treviso) verbindet. Kontaktieren Sie bitte das Hotel für weitere Informationen.
4. ABREISE
Wir bitten Sie, die Appartements am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10,00 Uhr zu räumen. Il giorno della Vostra partenza Vi preghiamo di lasciarci liberi gli appartamenti entro le ore 10,00. Am Ende des Aufenthalts, die Direktion oder deren Vertreter behalten sich das Recht vor, eine Kontrolle über den Zustand der Appartements durchzuführen. Vorzeitige Abreise: im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise stellen wir Ihnen 70% des gesamt gebuchten Zeitraums in Rechnung.
5. BEZAHLUNG
Vorzugsweise in Bargeld. Wir nehmen aber auch Kredit- oder Bankomatkarten an.
Der Kunde haftet für Schaden an der Wohnung und an der Einrichtung sowie für abhandengekommene Gegenstände. Die Entsprechenden Kosten werden dem Kunden bei der Abreise in Rechnung gestellt. Sollten die Kunden bei Ihre Ankunft etwaige Schäden im Appartement bemerken, bitten wir Sie, diese der Direktion unverzüglich zu melden.
6. STORNIERUNG/ABSAGE
Sollte der Kunde die Buchung absagen, wird ihm die Anzahlung in keinem Fall rückerstattet.
7. RAUCHER
Aufgrund der neuen italienischen Gesetzregelung (Art. 1 Gesetz. Nr. 584 vom 11.01.1975 – Erlass des Ministerpräsidenten DPC vom 14.12.1995) gilt in allen öffentlichen Einrichtungen Rauchverbot. Demnach müssen wir Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass absolutes Rauchverbot in allen Bereichen das Residence (Wohnungen eingeschlossen) herrscht.
8. TIERE
Es tut uns Leid, Tiere müssen leider zu Hause bleiben.
9. ANZAHL DER UNTERGEBRACHTEN PERSONEN
Die Anzahl der untergebrachten Personen kann in keine Fall die bei der Anmeldung angebene überschreiten, es sei denn, dass die Direktion im voraus damit einverstanden ist. Des gleichen ist den Kunden die Unterbringung Dritter, die nicht ordnungsgemäss bei der Direktion registriert sind, untersagt.
10. INSTANDHALTUNG UND KONTROLLE
Die Direktion oder deren Vertreter behalten sich das Recht vor, die Appartements im Falle von unerlässlichen und dringend Instandhaltungsarbeiten zu betreten. Des gleichen behalten sie sich das Recht vor, während des Aufenthalts oder am Ende des Aufenthalts der Kunden eine etwaige Kontrolle über den Zustand der Appartements durchzuführen. Die Inhaber (oder deren Vertreter) behalten sich das Recht vor, sich am Tag der Abreise des Kunden über den ordentlichen Zustand des Appartement zu vergewissern.
