In the lovely and quiet hamlet of Sottoguda, in the municipality of Rocca Pietore, the De Biasio family is pleased to have you as a guest at the Sol e Nef residence, open all year round, for pleasant summer and winter stays at the foot of Marmolada Massif. Here in the twelve recently built apartments, divided in two-room apartments and one-room apartments for two to five people, you can regenerate in the warm and cosy atmosphere that only wood can give you.

All the apartments, in classic alpine style, are specifically designed to make you feel comfortable, in a cosy setting, carefully furnished and provided with all the newest comforts. They are the ideal solution for everybody: families with children, young people, bikers; and they are equipped with facilities for the disabled. Animals are not allowed.The residence has a lift, an outside car park, a terrace, a garden and a convenient ski room, with boot dryers and ski lockers. In addition the De Biasio family offers a barbeque for lunches and dinners, and a solarium area where you can comfortably sunbathe. 

Sol e Nef residence is located in a strategic and sunny position from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, the ideal starting point for your excursions and summer walks. From here you can quickly reach the ski runs of the Arabba/Marmolada ski area, while taking the ski bus you can reach the Marmolada and Sellaronda ski runs: in fact the ski bus stop is just in front of the residence.

Shops and commercial facilities are well within reach: about 250 meters away there is a grocer's and tobacconist's, 100 meters away a pizzeria and a restaurant, while the pharmacy is about 7 km away.
